DocuSign Rooms to Lone Wolf Transact
After July 14, 2026, DocuSign Rooms and associated files will be deleted and no longer accessible. Any transaction documents that need to be preserved should be uploaded to the Opportunity Documents tab in Command before the deadline, and agents should download a backup of their DocuSign data while they still have access.

- Download a DocuSign backup now.Back up your DocuSign data and files while access is still available.
- Use Lone Wolf for post-cutoff signing.Transactions needing signatures after July 14, 2026 should use Lone Wolf Transact.
Which Opportunities need attention
Going forward: start Opportunities in Command through Lone Wolf Transact instead of DocuSign. Any active Opportunity still linked to DocuSign Rooms needs to be reviewed, especially files started in June or July that may still need documents, signing, or compliance work before the cutoff.
DocuSign-linked active deals
Review any active Command Opportunity connected to DocuSign Rooms.
If documents only live in DocuSign, they are at risk.Upload needed files to the Opportunity Documents tab in Command and download a backup before July 14.
New Opportunities
Do not start new work in DocuSign Rooms.
Start new Opportunities in Command through Lone Wolf Transact.This reduces the chance of documents being trapped in DocuSign before the transition deadline.

Important Dates and DocuSign Transition
When do I lose access to DocuSign?
DocuSign Rooms access through Command ends on July 14, 2026, and DocuSign Rooms and associated files will be deleted and no longer accessible after that date. Agents should move needed transaction documents into Command and plan to use Lone Wolf Transact for documents and signing after the deadline.
What happens to my DocuSign documents on July 14, 2026?
DocuSign Rooms and associated files will be deleted and no longer accessible after July 14, 2026. Before then, agents should download a backup of their DocuSign data and upload any transaction documents they need to keep into the Opportunity Documents tab in Command. If an active transaction will need documents signed after July 14, agents should create or use an Opportunity connected to Lone Wolf Transact.
Can I still use Dotloop?
Yes. Dotloop functionality in Opportunities will remain the same.
Should I start new Opportunities in DocuSign?
No. Going forward, start Opportunities in Command through Lone Wolf Transact instead of DocuSign Rooms. This keeps new documents and signing work out of a system that is approaching the July 14 cutoff.
Which DocuSign-linked Opportunities are most at risk?
Any active Opportunity linked to DocuSign Rooms is worth reviewing, especially files started in June or July that may still need documents, signing, or compliance work near the cutoff. If documents only live in DocuSign, upload them to the Opportunity Documents tab in Command and download a DocuSign backup before July 14.
Getting Connected to Lone Wolf Transact
How do I connect Lone Wolf Transact to Command?
Go to Command > Settings > Command Settings > Applications > Lone Wolf. Click Connect and follow the prompts to either sign in with an existing Lone Wolf account or create a new account.
I already have a Lone Wolf account. Can I connect that account?
Yes. If you already use another Lone Wolf product, such as TransactionDesk or zipForm, you may be able to sign in using that existing Lone Wolf account.
Should I create a new Lone Wolf account?
If you do not already have a Lone Wolf login, or you do not remember your existing login and prefer to start fresh, you can create a new Lone Wolf account during setup.
I am a new agent. How soon can I connect to Lone Wolf Transact?
Most agents should be able to connect to Lone Wolf Transact within 24 hours of being onboarded to the Market Center.
Can I change the email associated with my Lone Wolf account?
You cannot break the connection between Lone Wolf and Command, but you can update the email associated with your Lone Wolf account in your Lone Wolf settings.
Forms, MLS Access, and Signing
Does Lone Wolf Transact have a form library?
Yes. Lone Wolf Transact includes a secure form library with legally compliant, licensed forms based on your local area.
I do not see my MLS forms. What should I do?
Go to Add Forms and verify your NRDS ID using the Add NRDS ID button at the bottom of the screen. If you still do not see the correct forms, contact KW Support.
If my MLS updates, adds, or removes forms, will that update in Lone Wolf Transact?
MLS forms should refresh automatically when changes are made by the MLS.
Why do I see a red watermark on my forms?
A red watermark may appear if Lone Wolf does not recognize the user as a licensed agent. If this happens, reach out to the Market Center for assistance. The watermark should not appear for signers when they view the documents or once the signing is complete.
Does Lone Wolf Transact support in-person signings?
Not at this time.
Can deleted Signings be recovered?
Deleted Signings or signed documents generally cannot be recovered inside Lone Wolf Transact. Completed Signings may still be available in your email. If needed, contact Lone Wolf Support.
How Lone Wolf Transact Works
What can Lone Wolf Transact do that other transaction management systems cannot?
Lone Wolf Transact includes several helpful features, including client-based transactions, lost deal flexibility, share groups, side-by-side form editing, automatic form updates, and tools that keep transaction details organized.
How does Lone Wolf Transact help if a deal falls through?
The lost deal workflow helps keep client and offer information organized so existing details can be reused for a future offer.
Will changes made in Lone Wolf Transact sync back to Command?
No. The sync between Command and Lone Wolf Transact is one-way. Information changed in Command can sync to Lone Wolf Transact, but changes made in Lone Wolf Transact do not sync back to Command.
Does Lone Wolf Transact have an app?
Lone Wolf Transact does not currently have a mobile app, but it was designed to work on mobile devices through a web browser.
Can I access Lone Wolf Transact outside of Command?
Agents should generally access Lone Wolf Transact through Command. Direct access may also be available through Lone Wolf's platform using the account connected to Command.
Teams, Admins, and Office Review
Can a team admin or assistant connect their Command account to Lone Wolf?
Yes. Guest users and team admins can connect a Lone Wolf account. However, unlicensed users may see a watermark on forms.
Can my office review my Lone Wolf transaction files?
Yes. The Market Center may have access to transactions created in Lone Wolf Transact: Command Edition for brokerage review, compliance, and transaction support.
