Active DocuSign transaction not closing by July 14?
Use the DocuSign backup and Lone Wolf prep page if an active Command Opportunity already has DocuSign-signed documents and the transaction will not close before July 14, 2026.
If this is a brand-new transaction, start in Lone Wolf. If you already have an active Command Opportunity with DocuSign-signed documents, protect the existing file before the cutoff.
The support page walks through backing up DocuSign documents, uploading needed files into Command, saving local copies, and using Lone Wolf Transact for signatures after DocuSign access changes.
Agents who want live help can use the page to book a group support session during the July 6-13 extended availability window.
Creating and sending transactions in KW Command Transact
Use this workflow when you need to start a transaction from KW Command, connect it to Lone Wolf Transact, and send documents for completion or signature.
Start in Command so the transaction stays connected to the correct contact, Opportunity, checklist, and office compliance file. From there, use Transact for the document preparation and signature workflow.
- Open KW Command and go to Opportunities.
- Select the correct Opportunity, or create one before moving forward.
- Open the Opportunity file and confirm the client, property, close date, and commission details are accurate.
- Go to the documents or transaction area and launch the connected Transact workflow.
- In Transact, create or confirm the transaction file, then add the needed forms and supporting documents.
- Review each document for missing fields, agent/client information, dates, initials, and signature blocks.
- Send the prepared documents through the signing workflow, then return to Command to upload or confirm anything required by the compliance checklist.
Before sending, double-check that you are working in the correct Opportunity. A transaction created from the wrong file can cause missing documents, duplicate work, or compliance confusion later.
Refresh your KW Command marketing profile
A quick checklist for updating the public profile details that show on your KW website and app.
Open KW Command, go to Settings, then review the Marketing Profile section for your photo, phone number, email, website, social links, and legal footer.
After saving, check your public KW app or website profile so you can confirm the right contact information is showing to clients.
If something still looks stale after you save it, take a screenshot and send it to tech coaching with the page link so the issue can be traced quickly.
Lone Wolf transition quick check
A short way to check where to go for Lone Wolf transition updates, training, and transaction prep.
Use the Lone Wolf transition hub when you need current dates, class links, transaction prep, or backup guidance during the DocuSign transition.
Before a transaction deadline, confirm where your files are being prepared and whether your signing workflow should use Lone Wolf or a backup option.
If you are not sure which path applies, book tech coaching before the file becomes urgent.
Export legacy KW Designs before June 10
KWRI is retiring the legacy Command Designs applet and legacy designs on June 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CT. Agents who want to keep print or social designs should download them from Command Designs and upload them to KW Canva before the deadline.
The legacy Command Designs applet and legacy designs are scheduled to be deprecated on June 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CT. A replacement applet is expected to follow after the transition.
Open Command Designs and download any print or social designs you want to keep. Save those files somewhere you can find them later, then upload the saved designs into KW Canva so they remain available for future use.
If you have designs you use regularly for listings, open houses, recruiting, or social posts, treat this as an action-required cleanup item before the deadline.
