Did you know that Canva Pro is included as part of your KW affiliation? Through the official partnership between Keller Williams and Canva, KW associates can access Canva Pro tools and KW-branded resources without purchasing a separate Canva Pro subscription.
Access your KW Canva account
Go directly to https://canva.kw.com/.
Sign in using the same username and password you use for your KW Command account. The first time you sign in, you may be asked to review the terms and privacy information before selecting Continue to Canva.
Once you are inside Canva, select Brand on the left side of the page.
Select Brand from the Canva homepage.
At the top left, select All Brand Templates. You can use the search field and category options to find the type of KW-branded template you want to customize.
Open All Brand Templates to browse the KW template library.

What can you create?
Your KW Canva access gives you professionally designed KW templates, brand assets, AI-powered creative tools, and features for building presentations, videos, and marketing materials.
You can create social media graphics, listing flyers, open house materials, postcards, buyer and listing presentations, videos, yard signs, and more—all while keeping your marketing polished and on brand.
You can also connect the Keller Williams app inside Canva to use listing and profile information from Command in personalized designs. KW Answers has a separate guide showing how to connect KW listing and profile data with Canva.
Agent Portal shortcuts
You can also find shortcuts to Canva in the KW Agent Portal under Quick Paths or Marketing + Brand Assets, or simply search the portal for Canva.
Move your content to your KW Canva account
Copy the designs and templates you want to keep into your KW Canva account. Downloading is useful as a backup, but it does not preserve the fully editable Canva design.
If you want to be able to work with your existing Canva designs in your KW Canva account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your current Canva account and open the design or template you want to keep.
- Select Share, add the email address connected to your KW Canva account, and give it Can edit access.
- Sign in to your KW Canva account at https://canva.kw.com/ and open the shared design from your email or Canva notifications.
- From the editor, select File and then Make a copy. The new copy will belong to your KW Canva workspace and remain editable.
- Confirm that the copied design, fonts, and uploaded images appear correctly in the new account before canceling your separate subscription.
If both workspaces appear under the same Canva login: From Projects, select the three-dot menu on a design or folder, choose Copy to another team, and select your KW workspace. Putting several designs into one folder first can make the transfer faster. If that option is unavailable, use the share-and-copy method above.
What about a template link? A template link can also create a separate copy, but sharing directly with your specific KW Canva account is the better default because it is more private. Download finished files only as a backup because exported PDFs, images, and videos will not retain Canva's editable layers.
Friendly reminder: Always review your finished marketing for current KW branding, local requirements, fair housing compliance, and any Market Center or state-specific advertising rules before publishing.
